Boxeez.com (Boxeez) offer returns for most items within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Returns should be initiated through the Online Returns Center or by contacting us to receive a return authorization by email. Most items ordered through Boxeez follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Requirements for a Full Refund
- Items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics must have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing must be unworn

Seller Returns Policies
When Boxeez order for you from a third party seller, your return must comply to the seller instead of Boxeez. Some sellers returns policies may vary. Some sellers, won't accept returns. However, they may provide refunds. If you have questions before you place an order about a seller's return policy, please see the seller's profile page which is linked to from the product more info. page. Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer.
Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover your return.
Return shipment costs
Shipping and handling charges for returning items are borne by the buyer. Boxeez will assist in the return shipping by offering return shipping rates for the items to be returned. Return shipping rate depend on the item weight and size and are offered in the return authorization email.
Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases

Watches, Jewelry, and Collectibles
Items from these categories with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $500 must also be insured. Our Returns Center offers to help with the process of returning items over $500 by:
Insured label option:
we will provide a label and you may choose any insured shipping method to return the product. You must pay for the shipping up front, but we'll happily reimburse you for the shipping cost if your return is the result of our error.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Fine Art items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If these items have a value more than $500, they must also be insured.
All product packaging (boxes, etc) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected. Fine Art items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
Before sending a Fine Art return, please photograph the item for your records.
Automotive Items with a Published Manufacturer's Warranty
If you have ordered an automotive item shipped by Boxeez that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, Boxeez will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty. All other requests are subject to the terms of manufacturer’s warranty and are supported by the manufacturer directly.
All computers ordered through Boxeez are supported by the computer's manufacturers. In the unlikely event that a computer appears to be defective, please contact the customer support network for the computer manufacturer to have it serviced under warranty.
